The Porthcressa play park remains open, but the swing has been removed and the climbing frame is unsafe and must not be used until further notice.
Parents are responsible for the hygiene of their children when using these public facilities during the coronavirus situation. All parents are encouraged to bring cleansing wipes to clean their hands and those of their children before and after using the play facilities, as these facilities are not being cleaned on a regular basis. It is very important that parents/carers judge the risk of COVID-19 to themselves and their family before entering the play parks.
