If you would like advice over the phone, you can ask for a call back by texting the word ADVICE to the number 78866 for general queries. You will be called back within 48 hours, excluding weekends or call free 0800 144 8848, Monday – Friday, 10 am until 4 pm.
When you call your details will be taken and you will receive a Gateway Assessment interview, to help assess your situation and get you the advice you need. Please be aware if you do this we may leave a message to say that we have called.
For debt related issues, text DEBT to the number 78866. You will be called back within 48 hours, excluding weekends or you can also call the debt team on 01752 850488 09.30 am to 11.30 am Monday - Friday.
For a Face to Face digital online session at home, text ADVICE DIGITAL to 78866. You will be called back within 48 hours, excluding weekends or call free on 0800 144 8848 Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm. There is a laptop available at Carn Gwaval Wellbeing Centre for those who don't own their own equipment that can be used for online Face to Face pre-arranged meetings, to call the advice line and general internet use with Citizens Advice Support, web chat is also available.
